Valentines Day. I packed a picnic lunch and made special double chocolate ganache heart cakes (Hana decorated) and went with my two sweet valentines (my sweet husband and sweet grand daughter) to my favorite place in the world. Lake Englebright. Its 7 miles long and narrow in length, very deep and very clear. I cannot tell you how many times I have visited here and hopefully this will not be the last, summer is coming....
